Refund policy

Embee’s acknowledges the return of products only for direct sales between the vendor and consumer, specifically for online purchases and not through retail outlets.

If a product is damaged during transportation, it must be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery and returned to our warehouse within one week. Otherwise, Embees’ will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, please contact us at embees@vblinnovations.com for a prompt response. We will investigate the damage and repair the merchandise in its entirety.

The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer. Embees’ will cover the expenses only after the merchandise is repaired.

If a product is damaged due to usage ,repairs will be accepted within two weeks from the receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.

For repair-specific damages, products must be couriered back to our warehouse at the customer's expense. Embees’ will cover the transaction costs after the repair.

Personalised or customised products are not eligible for return or exchange.

In the case of returns, a credit note will be provided. You may also exchange the product for another of the same or higher value within one month, paying any difference. Alternatively, you can opt for a credit note valid for two months, redeemable on our website.

Please note that assistance for exchange, return, or repair of damaged products is specific to the country where the product was purchased.
